Spelling: Lesson 33; pages 200-201: suffixes ness, ment
Math: There will be a Unit 6 Math Assessment starting tomorrow. All students should review the packet that we worked on in school today. If you did not complete it you must finish it for homework and have it corrected before the test.
Science: Most students have all of their Science Fair Poster information and accessories in. If not, make sure everything is here tomorrow.
Reading: 20 minutes to earn tickets towards the Reading Carnival
Health: Letters were sent home last Friday regarding the Health Unit. Please sign and return the form by Friday.
Field Trip: All UNH Farm Feld Trip permission and $9.00 payments are due by Friday at the latest
Water Bottles: all students should have refillable water bottles at their desks.
Reminder: Lincoln Street School Celebration of Learning will take place on Thursday evening. Student work and science fair projects will be on display in the classroom and in the hallways. Please consider attending as we recognize the great work of the students.

Reading: 20 minutes. The Reading Carnival is underway. All students should be reading a minimum of 20 minutes per night/ 5 nights per week. Vouchers are due on Fridays with a parent signature. ( not just initials). There will be no late turn ins accepted unless the student is absent.
Science Fair: The list of materials and the procedure the student is taking to complete the experiment is due on Thursday, typed and printed. If you do not have a printer that is accessible by your child could you please send me a note so that I know who needs printing done here at school.

Science: All students should be working on their Science Fair Project. At this point I should have your question and your hypothesis typed and printed. Next Up:Materials and Procedure
due on May 10th, Typed and Printed .
Reading: A packet was sent home today regarding the 4th grade Reading Carnival. You should have received and overview of the expectations for students to participate in the carnival as well as a calendar and vouchers that will need to be turned in each Friday for 5 weeks beginning May 11. Students will need to read for a minimum of 20 minutes,5nights per week in order to earn tickets to participate in the carnival activities in June. Vouchers will only be accepted on Friday of each week unless the student is absent. Students will not be allowed to call home if they forget the voucher on Friday. In addition to developing good reading habits students will be developing their organizational and personal responsibility skills by holding the accountable to deadlines.
