Social Studies: There will be a test on the Southeast Region tomorrow. A study guide was sent home Tuesday along with, the student lap books, Social Studies Journal, Touring the Southeast Region pamphlet, as well as a link to the website "Cram.com" for games and quizzes.

Math: Finding horizontal and vertical lines of symmetry in capitalized letters of the alphabet ; create a Venn Digram for these letters; use the letters in each section of the Venn Diagram to write words with 3 or more letters.

Science: We will have computer workshop with Ms. Tabet tomorrow to begin creating The Power Point Presentations for the volcano project assigned by Ms. Estle. Bring in whatever research you have already started .
Social Studies. There will be a Social Studies Test on the Southeast Region next Thursday. It is a good idea to begin studying early. You should be visiting the Cram.com website that I sent you a link to. It is a fun way to study.

Math: Unit 2 Review Guide. There will be a test on Unit 2 tomorrow in math.
Spelling: Lesson 12 Unit Review. This includes Write to the Point on lined paper
Science: Information packets were sent home regarding the Volcano Projects that students will be working on for the next 6 weeks . Parent signatures indicating knowledge of the project . Also, bring back a first and second choice of volcanoes that you would like to study. Only 2 people per class will be able to do the same volcano. It is a good idea to do a little research before making your decision as some volcanoes are not that interesting to study or they can be hard to find information on. The class will be creating Power Point Presentations here in class with Ms. Tabet on Thursdays, starting 12/10.
Reminder: Students are expected to dress appropriately for outdoor whether. It is expected that all students will go outside for recesses most days.
