Math: Unit 2 Review Guide. There will be a test on Unit 2 tomorrow in math.

Spelling: Lesson 12 Unit Review. This includes Write to the Point on lined paper

Science: Information packets were sent home regarding the Volcano Projects that students will be working on for the next 6 weeks . Parent signatures indicating knowledge of the project . Also, bring back a first and second choice of volcanoes that you would like to study. Only 2 people per class will be able to do the same volcano. It is a good idea to do a little research before making your decision as some volcanoes are not that interesting to study or they can be hard to find information on. The class will be creating Power Point Presentations here in class with Ms. Tabet on Thursdays, starting 12/10. 

Reminder: Students are expected to dress appropriately for outdoor whether. It is expected that all students will go outside for recesses most days.

Reminder: We will be going to The Great Bay Discovery Center tomorrow. Please dress appropriately and be prepared for extreme temperature differences. Layers are best and hats, gloves, and boots that can get wet. We will have gym tomorrow following the field trip so remember to bring sneakers. If you did not sign up for a lunch to be prepared by the cafeteria, remember to bring a nut free, bagged lunch and disposable drink bottle or carton. No electronics or phones are allowed by students. There will be no picture taking on this trip.

Science: Water Cycle worksheet. Write a short paragraph that describes the water cycle. Please remember to have your parents sign the worksheet. This is due on Wednesday.

Special: Reminder that picture day at LSS is on Friday. You do not have to bring your payment into school before then. The  studio representatives will collect order forms and payments directly from the students prior to their sitting.

Field Trip: We will be going to Great Bay Discovery Center on Tuesday, October 20. All permission slips and payment ( cash only)  are due by October 14.
